Chocolate + Red
Dessert, but make it a drink pairing.
You'll need:
- Dark chocolate (70% or higher)
- A glass of red — something fruity, not too tannic
How to pair it:
Let the chocolate melt a little on your tongue before you sip. The fat in the chocolate softens the tannins in the wine, and the wine's fruit notes come through stronger. Basically dessert and nightcap in one.
