Cheese + Cider
The combo your cheese board's been missing.
You'll need:
- A sharp cheddar or a soft brie — both work for different reasons
- A bottle of dry cider
How to pair it:
Cider's acidity cuts through the richness of cheese the same way wine does, but it's a lot less serious about it. Sharp cheddar wants a crisp, dry cider. Brie wants something a touch sweeter. Either way, don't overthink it.
